Effective May 5, 2026, Soul Savvy Counseling & Therapy Services has officially closed.

Robert David Andrews-Mendoza has placed his LADC license on inactive status and is no longer providing clinical services.

This decision reflects a significant personal life transition. It does not reflect anything about the value of the work we have done together or the progress of those I have served.

For Current or Former Clients

Your care and continuity remain important. All records are being maintained and transferred in accordance with Minnesota law. A discharge summary will be completed and is available upon written request.
